1. Scope

This policy applies exclusively to consultancy fees paid to The Smart Education & Consultant Pvt Ltd. It does not include fees paid directly to universities, visa authorities, or any third-party institutions, which are strictly non-refundable.

2. General Refund Guidelines

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:
  • Service Infeasibility: If we are unable to provide the agreed consultancy services due to reasons attributable to us.
  • Service Cancellation: If you cancel the service within a specified period before any work begins, subject to deductions for administrative charges.

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • University, visa, or third-party institution fees
  • Rejections due to incorrect/incomplete information provided by the client
  • Change of mind or voluntary withdrawal after service initiation
  • Client delays in submitting required documents or details

3. Refund Eligibility and Process

  • Submit a Written Request: Email your refund request to info@thesmarteducation.in with the subject line "Refund Request"
  • Review Period: Your request will be reviewed within 15 business days
  • Decision: If approved, the refund will be processed within 30 business days from the date of approval

4. Administrative Charges

All approved refunds will incur a deduction for administrative charges. The applicable amount will be communicated during the refund process.

5. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Payments made directly to universities, visa offices, or any third-party institutions
  • Fees for services already provided, including counseling sessions, document evaluations, or completed applications
